Sapna Snood

Sapna Sood - Director International Clients & Market Development

Sapna has joined Compass Group  from LafargeHolcim, the world’s largest building materials company. Sapna has held leadership roles in business transformation, operations management and HSE within multinational environments. Her experience has been built working in several countries including Australia, USA, SE Asia, Germany, China and France. Most recently she was CEO for LafargeHolcim in the Philippines. Sapna is on the Compass Group PLC Executive Board and is a Non-Executive Director of The Kering Group (France).

Graeme Tomkins - Sales Director International Clients

Sales Director Graeme heads up the client sales team for the Compass Group International Clients’ Programme. He has played a fundamental role in modelling the ICP offering. Graeme has an intimate knowledge of delivering innovative food service solutions across the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and the UK and Ireland.

Nick Vadis - Culinary Director

As Executive Chef Nick holds a key responsibility in driving food innovation across our business. He is the mastermind behind our Global and UK headquarters’ Innovation Centre and leads a talented brigade of chefs. He has been a key part of the Compass since 2001 He plays a pivotal role within the development of international food offers and heads up the European Chef’s Forum As a Vice President of the Craft Guild of Chefs he sees that the development and promotion of keys skills are critical to our position as the world leader in  the food service and hospitality industry and has the strongest commitment to developing exceptional skill levels across our business. The Bocuse D’or is the most prestigious gastronomic competition in the World and Nick is part of the UK Bocuse academy for the UK Bocuse D’Or team 2012  -2017 . He has also been technical advisor to the English National Culinary Team since 2010 and managed and coached the national team which took  Gold at the Culinary Olympics in 2016.

Alex

Alex May - Insights Manager, International Clients

An experienced market researcher with 20+ years’ experience, Alex has worked on the research agency side and held a number of Insight roles within Compass UK and Compass PLC. Alex heads up the International Client Insight Team developing and implementing the Insight programmes for a range of International Client accounts. He also co-ordinates the evolution and dissemination of best practice Consumer & Client Insight solutions across Compass businesses / countries. Compass Insight tools allow operational teams to better understand their consumers’ needs and satisfaction at a site level which supports them to create & implement consumer centric foodservice solutions.

Jeroen

Jeroen Kurvers - Account Development Director

Jeroen has 15 Years of experience at Compass Group, driving efficiencies and quality foodservices programs for clients on a global level. Proud co-winner of the Program of the Year  Award of the American Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) with Compass Group’s international account team. Passionate “Foodie” and board member of Slowfood Convivum Brabant, Jeroen’s ambition is to help multinational clients create compelling environments at offices as well as production environments that will help drive employee wellbeing, productivity and loyalty.

Joanna Gell - Business Excellence Manager

Joanna has 6 years of experience at Compass Group. For 3 years, she developed meaningful cost effective and insight-led coffee and retail solutions for the French business before moving to the UK in 2015 to take on the role of Business Excellence Manager. This involves the promotion of a continuous improvement culture through the identification, packaging and sharing of best practice across markets and Compass communities. Driven by a passion for food and great service, Joanna’s ambition is to ensure our International Clients benefit from the best Compass can offer while ensuring solutions are adapted to on-site demographics and match consumer expectations.

Brad Western - Key Accounts Director, APAC

Brad has 17 years of experience developing and leading client solutions in food and support services in operational, commercial and solutions development leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region with Compass Group. As the Compass Group lead for growth for the region Brad believes that a solid client understanding and collaboration is key to development of custom designed operational solutions that unlock value trapped in our clients supply chains. Brad is passionate about the delivering this value to our clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Mike Gaebel - Sr Vice President Sales, North America

Sr. VP of Sales, Compass Group Mike is an experienced sales leader with 32 years of progressive experience from an entry level vending attendant to the Senior Vice President of Sales for Compass Group. He is responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-level relationships with the Levy, Bon Appétit, Wolfgang Puck Catering, Canteen, Eurest, Eurest Services and FLIK Hospitality operating sectors. Mike works closely with clients to fully understand their needs and challenges and acts as their conduit for driving successful solutions.

Taizoon S. Jhaveri - Global Head of Business Excellence

Taizoon is Global Head of Business Excellence. He has a 25 years history of working with individuals, teams and organizations in helping them clarify what they want and focus on getting it. He manages  cross-functional teams, operations, and strategic projects in food and facilities management. He has managed a broad array of assignments in industries ranging from business and industry and health care, to education and senior living. As the Global Head of Business Excellence, Taizoon has been instrumental in developing new food service concepts and driving innovation. He works hand in glove with clients and our local Business Excellence teams to deliver, consumer-centric world class food service solutions adapted to specific market needs.

Mariana Muniz - International Clients Manager

Mariana Muniz joined Compass in Brazil almost 6 years ago and was part of our Legal team, working as Corporate Lawyer. With a background in law and also in International Business, during her experience in US for 2 years, she was invited in 2013 to act as International Clients Manager in Brazil. Currently she also performs a SAG Manager position and as key relationship point of contact – responsible for ensuring transparent and trusting relationships and dealings with the client teams. Mariana is also responsible for directing and identifying key opportunities for the business as well as staying on top of global and local commitments, agreements and requests. With strong internal relationships Mariana is always involved in all clients needs to ensure success for all partners. She speaks English fluently and has a lot of pride and commitment to deliver always the best!
