In one European site alone Compass organise and manage 200+ individual events per quarter, averaging 15,000 attendees every 3 months. Our dedicated team of event staff deliver events ranging in size from 20 to 360. As a result – Compass has been recognised as the Partner of Choice for their events organising teams


This contract is by definition one of the largest food focused workplace dining programs in the world. We serve high volume employee dining on a daily basis to a very discerning population. The expectations of new hires to the business are high, and food has become a conversation piece, a key retention tool, and a vital part of the work life in this dynamic company
