Jake Frank - Global Sales

Jake has joined Compass Group from Gategroup, the world’s largest airline catering company. Jake has held leadership roles in sales, business development, supply chain, operations, and management consulting. His hospitality experience and expertise were developed through prior work with Delta Air Lines, Marriott Hotels, A.T. Kearney, Accenture, multi-site retailers and quick-serve restaurants. He believes passionately in the power of food, beverage and hospitality to expose and expand one’s horizons, and to build bridges of understanding and relationships between people from around the world with various perspectives.


Louise Pilkington - Group Director, Growth and Innovation

I have been at Compass Group now for 5 years, first as Marketing Director UK & Ireland, and more recently as Growth & Innovation Director for the Group where I lead our insight & innovation team, looking for new ways to serve our clients and consumers. Prior to Compass Group I spent my career in a variety of innovation and marketing roles for major global businesses – P&G, Diageo, LVMH and Costa Coffee.

I love working for a business which believes in the power of food to do good for people and the planet. I am excited about changing consumer habits and working patterns, and how this challenges us to think differently about the future, working with innovative clients and partners.


Claire Zuurbier – Global Digital Transformation Director

Claire has joined Compass Group from Apple, a multinational technology company.  Working in such brands as BAA, Marks and Spencer, Blackwell and Great Ormond Street Hospital, as well as Apple, Claire has been working in innovation and transformation on digital platforms for over 20 years.  In this role as Global Digital Transformation Director, Claire will lead the development of our Digital Transformation Strategy with a strong focus on the consumer experience and will play a key role in supporting our clients and countries in this area.


Sandra Kerton – Group Director, Sales and Retention Excellence

Sandra has over 25 years of experience working at Compass Group, holding Senior Leadership roles across various sectors in the UK before moving into Sales.  Most recently she was based in Abu Dhabi as Sales Director – Middle East, delivering growth across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi and Egypt before moving back to the UK in 2019 as Group Director – Sales & Retention Excellence.  In this role, Sandra plays a pivotal role leading our Sales and Retention processes and supporting countries in achieving excellence.


Ivette Stephenson – Commercial and Strategy Director

Ivette joined Compass with 20 years of international experience in various industries and has a strong commercial background.  She has held leadership roles in Commercial and Marketing Strategy, Sales and Customer Service, Commercial Performance Measurement, Sales Force Management, Channel Strategy, Pricing Programs and Market Intelligence. She has extensive experience working in multicultural environments and managing multidisciplinary teams, having lived in several countries including Mexico, Philippines, Croatia, Poland, Spain, Brazil and the UK.  In her role at Compass she leads a team of financial business partners to provide data-driven commercial insights to help international clients achieve their objectives through their global food programs.

Nick Vadis - Culinary Director

As Executive Chef Nick holds a key responsibility in driving food innovation across our business. He is the mastermind behind our Global and UK headquarters’ Innovation Centre and leads a talented brigade of chefs. He has been a key part of the Compass since 2001 He plays a pivotal role within the development of international food offers and heads up the European Chef’s Forum As a Vice President of the Craft Guild of Chefs he sees that the development and promotion of keys skills are critical to our position as the world leader in  the food service and hospitality industry and has the strongest commitment to developing exceptional skill levels across our business. The Bocuse D’or is the most prestigious gastronomic competition in the World and Nick is part of the UK Bocuse academy for the UK Bocuse D’Or team 2012  -2017 . He has also been technical advisor to the English National Culinary Team since 2010 and managed and coached the national team which took  Gold at the Culinary Olympics in 2016.


Tracy Rosensteel – North America Sales

Based in New York City, Tracy is responsible for leading the growth of multinational clients with Head Offices in the North America region, and supporting the North American region growth for multinational clients with head offices outside the North America region.

Tracy joins us from Vela Trading, where she led a team selling mission critical trading and technology solutions to Wall Street clients. Tracy has extensive international experience in telecommunications, technology, and financial services clients. As an entrepreneur, Tracy started, grew and sold her own financial services technology and consulting firm.

Tracy also leads multiple passion projects including writing, illustrating and publishing children’s books, selling nationally and on-line; the first of which has become an established restaurant in Chicago, IL. Tracy is also the creator, executive producer, director and host of nationally and internationally-airing, Telly Award winning travel television show, In Pursuit of Passion, which went nationwide on PBS, and is now available on Amazon Prime.


Jeroen Kurvers - Europe Sales

Jeroen has 15 Years of experience at Compass Group, driving efficiencies and quality foodservices programs for clients on a global level. Proud co-winner of the Program of the Year  Award of the American Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) with Compass Group’s international account team. Passionate “Foodie” and board member of Slowfood Convivum Brabant, Jeroen’s ambition is to help multinational clients create compelling environments at offices as well as production environments that will help drive employee wellbeing, productivity and loyalty.


Mariana Albano – LATAM Sales

With over 15 years of experience in international, fast paced B2B companies under her belt, Mariana has joined Compass Group from LSG Group, a Lufthansa Airlines subsidiary, where she has held various regional positions with focus on developing food service equipment solutions, new business opportunities and managing global accounts from a Latin America perspective. A native Brazilian, she brings to the table a natural ability to adapt to different cultures, working contexts and multi-functional teams, something she acquired in her various international ventures across South Africa, Germany, Panama and Colombia. Accustomed to working in a dynamic and fast changing environment, Mariana stands out for her passion for excellence in food services, consumer experience and her ability to connect with the most diverse of people, always seeking to understand and develop the best solution to their needs.


Irene Bellette – APAC Sales

Irene joined Compass with 20+ years of experience in growth focussed leadership roles for multinational organisations including P&O and Serco.  Her multi-industry and global experience includes working in hospitality, integrated services, transport, defence and maritime sectors on opportunities in the United Kingdom, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.   Irene is passionate about customer focussed service solutions that meet all stakeholders’ value for money and risk versus return appetites and lead to sustainable long term partnering relationships.
