That’s exactly what the Trenovation event was designed for, exploring some of the hot topics in the catering industry across the world and those specific to Hong Kong– sustainability, local food producers, healthy eating, food choices and great taste – and how they can be applied to large-scale business-catering requirements.
Taking place on Tuesday, 27 November 2018, Compass Group HK team incorporated the Chinese five elements philosophy into the event with an interactive agenda that explored all the avenues and ideas that can be incorporated into business for positive effects.
The Compass Group Hong Kong team worked with local suppliers to pull together an evocative agenda. These included the Hong Kong Oyster Company, together with the Hong Kong Oyster Cultural and Ecological Association discussing local third generation oyster farming in Hong Kong and the purifying processes that ensure complete safety for local shellfish.
